You will need:
* 1 plain yogurt, ideally try not to use skim yogurt.
* 3 English cucumbers, peeled and diced.
* 1 clove chopped garlic
* 1 shallot, finely chopped
* 5 tablespoons dried dill weed
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon pepper
In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, and shallot. Season with dill, salt and pepper. Put it in the fridge and give it a couple hours for the flavors to blend.
